Delete Your Data
Delete individual pieces of information, or close your account entirely. Both options are explained below.
Download a copy first
Deletion cannot be undone once the retention period below has passed. If you want a copy of your information — profile, transactions, consultations, refunds, and support history — email contact@gravityastrology.com with the subject "Data Export Request" from the email address on your account, or include your registered mobile number. We will send it to you before processing any deletion request.
Delete specific data — without closing your account
You can remove the following yourself at any time, and your account stays open:
- Your profile photo — sign in, then go to My Profile and remove the photo.
- Family members and friends, including their names, birth dates, birth times and birth places — go to My Family or My Friends and delete the entry. Deleting a person removes their birth details and any compatibility data derived from them.
To delete anything else while keeping your account — individual consultation transcripts, what your AI Astrologer has remembered about you, support conversations, or your email address or birth details — email contact@gravityastrology.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and tell us what you want removed. Be aware that deleting your birth details will stop your AI Astrologer from producing readings until you enter them again.
Delete your entire account
Sign in, open My Profile, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete Account. Here is exactly what happens when you confirm:
- You are signed out immediately and can no longer start consultations.
- Any cash balance in your wallet is automatically submitted for withdrawal to the payment method you last used, and credited back to that card.
- Any bonus credit — referral rewards and other promotional balance — is forfeited, because it is non-withdrawable.
- You have 180 days to change your mind. Signing back in with the same mobile number within that window restores your account and your history.
- After 180 days your account is permanently anonymized. Your mobile number, email address, name, date, time and place of birth, profile photo, and the contents of your support conversations are erased, and everything your AI Astrologer remembered about you is deleted. This step cannot be reversed.
If you cannot sign in
You do not need access to the app to have your data deleted. Email contact@gravityastrology.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the mobile number registered to your account. We will verify your identity before acting on the request, and we will respond within 45 days as set out in our Privacy Policy.
What we have to keep, and why
Some records cannot be deleted on request because we are required by law to retain them. Payment and transaction records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax and financial reporting obligations. Where we retain records after your account is anonymized, they are held in a form that is no longer linked to your name, phone number or email address.

We do not sell your data
Gravity Astrology does not sell your personal information and does not share it for advertising. The third parties that process data on our behalf — payment, hosting, authentication and AI providers — are listed in Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
