These Terms establish a binding agreement (the "Agreement") between you (referred to as the "End User" or "You") and Gravity Astrology LLC (referred to as "Gravity Astrology," "Us," "We," or "Our"). This Agreement regulates your use of the Gravity Astrology Mobile Application and website (the "Website").

The below terms and conditions are between all the users who use the Gravity Astrology platform for online astrology prediction services and Gravity Astrology LLC.

If you do not agree with any of the below terms and conditions, Privacy policy and disclaimer, you must stop using the Gravity Astrology website and mobile applications.

Gravity Astrology is an Astrology marketplace platform which connects Astrologers and Customers through chat and voice call. Customer connects with astrologer through Gravity Astrology platform and gets astrology predictions and pays to Gravity Astrology.

At Gravity Astrology, you should use your mobile number to get a one-time password (OTP) to sign up. After OTP is verified, you should fill and submit the customer registration form with correct information regarding your:

• First name and Last name• Mobile number and Email• Gender• Date of birth and Time of birth• Time zone (EST, CST, MST, PST)• Preferred language

Accuracy of astrology prediction directly depends on accuracy of data. You understand and agree that all the information provided by you is true, accurate and complies with government identity proof.

We strictly prohibit the sharing of personal contact information with other customers, including astrologers. This includes, but is not limited to, phone numbers, mobile numbers, addresses, email addresses, and social media links such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

If you choose to share your contact information with another user or astrologer, you do so at your own risk, and your account may be subject to termination.

You should not disclose any personal information to Astrologers, other customers, social media, website, any other company or anywhere unless required by law.

You agree that your ratings and review will be used by Gravity Astrology for any promotions and marketing media.

Astrologer prediction through chat and voice call by sharing any information and content through Gravity Astrology platform will be considered confidential.

You should be fully compliant with the rules of GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation. You have the right to access, update, delete your personal data whenever you want to do.

You should not keep astrologer's any personal data in your laptop or mobile or any physical form.

You agree that you are liable for the compliance of GDPR. If you fail to do so, you are solely responsible for any action and penalties of the US government.

Gravity Astrology evaluates each astrologer through screening, written test and online interview and provides a score as per Gravity Astrology standard. Evaluation and score might be incorrect or wrong. Based on the score, astrologers are categorized as follows:

Astrologers are independent contractors and not our employees. They use the Gravity Astrology platform to offer personalized astrology readings for entertainment purposes.

Our evaluation might be wrong, incorrect and improper. Astrologers might be eligible or worthy of the Expert, Master, Legend and Genius category. We do not endorse, recommend, evaluate, warrant, or guarantee any opinion, or other service provided by any astrologer. We do not verify the qualifications or certifications of any astrologer. Your relationship with Gravity Astrology is exclusively with the astrologer.

You agree to follow the below policy while using Gravity Astrology chat:

By joining Gravity Astrology, you agree to the Refer and Earn policy.

Eligibility: The Refer and Earn program is open to all registered users of the Gravity Astrology platform. You can refer a customer who must be a legal resident of the United States and an Astrologer must be a legal resident of India. All participants must be 18 years or older.

Referral Process: To refer a friend, share your unique referral link and code provided in your Gravity Astrology account dashboard. The referred friend must use the referral link and code to sign up and complete the registration process.

Referral Bonus: You will earn $5 when your referred friend completes a qualifying action, such as making a minimum purchase of $30. The specific qualifying actions and corresponding rewards will be detailed on our Refer and Earn page.

Bonus Distribution: The bonus will be credited to your wallet in your account after the qualifying action is completed.

Limitations: There may be a limit to the number of referrals you can make or the total bonus you can earn within a certain period. Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the program.

Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Refer and Earn program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated through our website or email.
