Customer Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (referred to as "Customer," "User," "You," or "Your") and Gravity Astrology LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (referred to as "Gravity Astrology," "Company," "Platform," "Us," "We," or "Our"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the Gravity Astrology website located at gravityastrology.com, the Gravity Astrology mobile application, and all related services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services and delete your account.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Agreement on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement. We encourage you to review this Agreement periodically.

This Agreement was last updated on March 24, 2026.

Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account and use the Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover or have reason to believe that you are under 18, we will immediately terminate your account and delete your personal information.

Account Registration. To use the Services, you must register for an account by providing your mobile phone number and verifying it via a one-time password (OTP). After verification, you must complete a registration form with accurate information including your first name, last name, gender, date of birth, time of birth, and city of birth.

Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration and use of the Services is true, accurate, current, and complete. The accuracy of astrology readings depends directly on the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us at contact@gravityastrology.com if you suspect unauthorized access to or use of your account.

One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one (1) account. Creating multiple accounts may result in the termination of all accounts associated with you.

United States Residents. The Services are intended for customers who are legal residents of the United States. By using the Services, you represent that you are a legal resident of the United States.

SMS Communications & TCPA Consent. By registering for an account and providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Gravity Astrology, including one-time passwords (OTP) for authentication, transactional notifications (session confirmations, billing alerts, wallet updates), and system announcements. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at contact@gravityastrology.com. Opting out of authentication messages may prevent you from accessing your account. We will not send marketing SMS without separate express written consent.

Gravity Astrology is an online astrology consultation platform that provides AI-powered astrology consultations through proprietary artificial intelligence technology developed and operated by Gravity Astrology. Consultations are available via chat and voice call.

AI Astrologer Consultations. Gravity Astrology offers AI Astrologer services in three tiers, each providing increasing depth of astrological analysis. AI Astrologer tiers and per-minute rates are as follows:

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.

AI Astrologers Are Not Human. When you select an AI Astrologer consultation, you are interacting with a computer program powered by artificial intelligence — NOT a human being. At no point during an AI consultation are you communicating with a real person. AI Astrologer consultations are clearly labeled as "AI" throughout the Platform before, during, and after the session.

How AI Consultations Work. AI Astrologer consultations use large language models (including OpenAI GPT technology) combined with astronomical calculations (Swiss Ephemeris) to generate astrology readings based on the birth data you provide. AI responses are algorithmically generated and are not reviewed, verified, or endorsed by any human astrologer before being delivered to you.

AI Limitations. AI-generated astrology readings may contain errors, inaccuracies, fabricated information ("hallucinations"), or responses that are not relevant to your specific situation. The AI system does not have the ability to independently verify the accuracy of its outputs. AI Astrologers do not possess consciousness, intuition, empathy, psychic abilities, or genuine understanding. The AI generates probabilistic text responses based on patterns in its training data — it does not "know" your future.

No Guaranteed Accuracy. Any accuracy estimates, tier descriptions, or quality differentiations between AI tiers (Expert, Legend, Genius) reflect differences in the amount of astrological data provided to the AI and the depth of its analysis. They do not guarantee any specific level of prediction accuracy. All AI tiers use the same underlying language model.

Data Usage. Your conversations with AI Astrologers may be used by Gravity Astrology to improve the quality of the AI service, including for quality assurance, training data analysis, and service optimization. By using AI Astrologer services, you consent to this usage. Your data is not used by OpenAI to train their models. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

No Professional Advice. AI-generated content is provided solely for entertainment and informational purposes. It does not constitute and shall not be relied upon as medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other form of professional advice. See Section 5 (Entertainment Disclaimer) for further details.

FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. ALL ASTROLOGY READINGS, PREDICTIONS, REPORTS, ADVICE, AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM BY AI ASTROLOGERS ARE PROVIDED SOLELY FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES. THEY ARE NOT INTENDED TO AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OF ANY KIND.

Prepaid Wallet System. The Platform operates on a prepaid digital wallet system. To use paid consultation services, you must first add funds to your Gravity Astrology wallet by purchasing credits through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Wallet Is Not a Bank Account. Your wallet balance represents prepaid credits for use on the Platform only. Gravity Astrology is not a bank, financial institution, or money transmitter. Your wallet balance does not earn interest, is not insured by the FDIC or any government agency, and is not a deposit or investment. Wallet credits have no cash value except as expressly provided in this Agreement. Gravity Astrology processes payments through Stripe, a licensed payment processor that holds applicable money transmission licenses. Your wallet balance is held by Gravity Astrology as a prepaid service credit, not as money being transmitted on your behalf.

Payment Processing. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"), a third-party payment processor. By adding funds to your wallet, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (https://stripe.com/legal) and Privacy Policy. Gravity Astrology does not store your credit card or debit card information — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

Consultation Billing. Consultations are billed per minute at the rate displayed for the selected AI Astrologer tier at the time the consultation begins. The per-minute rate is locked at the start of each consultation and will not change during that session. Time is measured in full minutes, rounded up to the nearest minute (minimum 1 minute). A partial minute is only charged if the remaining seconds exceed 30.

Wallet Deductions. The full gross amount of each consultation is deducted from your wallet balance at the conclusion of the session. You must have sufficient wallet balance to initiate a consultation. If your wallet balance reaches zero during a session, the session will end.

Wallet Top-Up Amounts. All wallet top-up amounts are displayed in US Dollars (USD). You will be charged in USD.

Session Discount Program. Gravity Astrology rewards customers with percentage discounts on AI consultation sessions. Discounts are applied at the end of each session.

First Session Discount. New customers receive a one-time 50% discount on their first paid AI consultation session. This discount is applied automatically and cannot be combined with the tier discount. After the first paid session, the regular tier discount applies.

Tier Structure: • Silver ($0 – $500 total spent): 10% discount on AI sessions • Gold ($501 – $1,000 total spent): 15% discount on AI sessions • Platinum ($1,001 – $1,500 total spent): 20% discount on AI sessions • Diamond ($1,500+ total spent): 25% discount on AI sessions

How the Session Discount Works. Your discount is applied at the conclusion of each AI consultation session. The gross session cost (rate × minutes) is calculated, then your discount (50% for first session, or tier % for subsequent sessions) is subtracted, and only the discounted amount is deducted from your wallet. For example, if your first paid session costs $100 gross, your wallet is charged $50 ($100 − $50 first-session discount).

Wallet Top-Up. Wallet recharges are credited at face value — $100 top-up = $100 wallet balance. No bonus credits are added at recharge time.

Wallet Withdrawal. You may withdraw your full wallet balance at any time. The full amount is available for withdrawal, subject to the withdrawal process outlined in Section 8.

Program Changes. Gravity Astrology reserves the right to modify the discount structure, percentages, thresholds, or any aspect of the discount program at any time, with or without prior notice. When your tier changes, your new discount rate applies to all future sessions automatically.

Gravity Astrology is committed to providing quality astrology consultation experiences. If you are dissatisfied with a consultation due to qualifying reasons, you may request a refund under the following terms.

Refund Type. All approved refunds are issued as wallet credits only. Refunds are not issued to your original payment method, credit card, or bank account except as expressly stated below.

AI Astrologer Consultations: • Maximum refund: Up to $15 in wallet credits per request • Request window: Within 72 hours of the session ending • Frequency: One (1) refund request per thirty (30) calendar days • Lifetime limit: Three (3) total refund requests per account

Eligible Refund Reasons: • Technical failures (disconnection, poor audio/video quality, platform errors) • AI service was unresponsive or failed to generate responses during an active session • Stream failure, session crash, or loading errors

NOT Eligible for Refund: • Dissatisfaction with prediction accuracy or content of readings • Predictions that do not come true • Personal disagreement with the AI Astrologer's communication style or interpretation • Sessions that were fully completed without technical issues • Sessions funded by signup or referral bonus credits • Discount amounts or promotional credits • Referral bonuses already credited to your account

Automatic Credit. Sessions lasting under two (2) minutes where you report a technical failure may be eligible for an automatic full wallet credit.

Wallet Top-Up Refund. If you add funds to your wallet and the balance remains entirely unused, you may request a refund to your original payment method within forty-eight (48) hours of the top-up. Partially used balances are not eligible for payment method refunds. Each customer is limited to one (1) payment method refund.

Dormant Accounts. If your account has a positive wallet balance and has not been used for any transaction for a period of twelve (12) months, Gravity Astrology may, at its sole discretion, charge a monthly account maintenance fee of five dollars ($5.00 USD) until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated.

Discretionary Review. All refund requests are reviewed and approved or denied at Gravity Astrology's sole discretion. To request a refund, contact us at contact@gravityastrology.com with the session date, AI Astrologer tier, and a description of the issue.

Eligibility. The Refer and Earn program is open to all registered customers of the Gravity Astrology Platform who are legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age.

Referral Code. Each customer is assigned a unique referral code available in your account dashboard. To refer a friend, share your unique referral code. The referred person must enter your referral code during their registration process.

New Customer Offer. Every new customer receives a $3.00 signup bonus added to their wallet, which can be used with any AI Astrologer tier via chat or voice call.

Referral Bonus. When a customer you referred signs up and completes their first AI consultation, you will earn a $3.00 referral bonus added to your wallet. The bonus is credited automatically to your account.

Restrictions: • Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification • Fraudulent, fake, or duplicate referrals will result in forfeiture of all referral bonuses and potential account termination • Gravity Astrology reserves the right to limit the number of referral bonuses per account • Referral bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged

Program Changes. Gravity Astrology reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email.

By using the Platform, you agree to the following rules of conduct during all interactions, including chat sessions, voice calls, and any other communications through the Platform:

Platform Ownership. The Platform, including but not limited to its software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, AI models, algorithms, data compilations, and all other content and materials (collectively, "Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of Gravity Astrology LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Gravity Astrology grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Restrictions. You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Platform Content; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform; (c) remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; (d) use any automated system (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access the Platform; (e) sublicense, sell, rent, or lease any part of the Services; or (f) use the Platform Content for any commercial purpose.

User-Generated Content. By posting, submitting, or transmitting any content through the Platform — including reviews, ratings, messages, and feedback — you grant Gravity Astrology an unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and create derivative works from such content for any purpose, including marketing and promotional activities.

Consultation Content. Content generated during consultations (chat transcripts, voice call content) is stored by Gravity Astrology for service delivery, quality assurance, dispute resolution, and service improvement purposes. AI-generated consultation content is the property of Gravity Astrology.

"AS IS" BASIS. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY.

LIMITATION OF DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GRAVITY ASTROLOGY LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER GRAVITY ASTROLOGY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

LIABILITY CAP. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRAVITY ASTROLOGY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO GRAVITY ASTROLOGY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

Specific Exclusions. Without limiting the foregoing, Gravity Astrology shall not be liable for: (a) any advice, predictions, or content generated by AI Astrologers; (b) any decisions you make based on information obtained through the Services; (c) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data; (d) any interruption or cessation of the Services; (e) any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content; or (f) any emotional distress, financial loss, or personal injury arising from your use of the Services.

Force Majeure. Gravity Astrology shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, third-party service outages (including AWS, Stripe, Agora, OpenAI, or Firebase), cyberattacks, or labor disputes.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gravity Astrology LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, members, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of or access to the Services; (b) your violation of this Agreement or any applicable law; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Services; (e) any decision or action you take based on information obtained through the Services; or (f) your negligent or wrongful conduct.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and this Agreement.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT AND TO HAVE A JURY TRIAL.

Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute resolution proceeding, you agree to first contact Gravity Astrology at contact@gravityastrology.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days. Most disputes can be resolved through this informal process.

Mandatory Binding Arbitration. If we are unable to resolve the dispute informally, you and Gravity Astrology agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the Services, or any aspect of your relationship with Gravity Astrology (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except as set forth below.

Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The AAA Rules are available at www.adr.org. If for any reason AAA is unavailable, JAMS shall administer the arbitration under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

Location. The arbitration shall be held in the State of Georgia, or at another mutually agreed-upon location, or via telephone or video conference if the amount in dispute is less than $10,000.

Arbitration Fees. Gravity Astrology will pay all AAA filing, administration, and arbitrator fees for claims of less than $10,000 (unless the arbitrator finds your claim is frivolous). For claims of $10,000 or more, filing fees and costs shall be allocated in accordance with the AAA Rules.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER. YOU AND GRAVITY ASTROLOGY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE PROCEEDINGS OR MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Jury Trial Waiver. BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU AND GRAVITY ASTROLOGY ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. YOU ALSO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR LITIGATE ON A CLASS-WIDE BASIS.

Small Claims Exception. Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the jurisdiction of such court.

Injunctive Relief Exception. Either party may seek emergency injunctive or provisional relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to preserve the status quo pending the outcome of arbitration.

Severability. If any portion of this arbitration provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. If the Class Action Waiver is found to be unenforceable, then this entire arbitration provision shall be null and void (but the remainder of this Agreement shall continue to apply).

Survival. This arbitration provision shall survive termination of this Agreement and your use of the Services.

Termination by You. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@gravityastrology.com. Upon account closure, any remaining wallet balance may be withdrawn subject to the withdrawal terms in Section 7 and Section 8.

Termination by Gravity Astrology. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to: (a) violation of this Agreement; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) failure to maintain accurate account information; (d) non-payment of fees; (e) creating multiple accounts; or (f) any conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Platform.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination: (a) your license to use the Services is immediately revoked; (b) you must cease all use of the Services; (c) Gravity Astrology may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law; (d) any pending or unused wallet balance may be forfeited if termination is due to violation of this Agreement or fraudulent activity; and (e) if termination is without cause, any eligible remaining wallet balance will be returned to your original payment method, subject to the withdrawal terms in Section 7.

Survival. The following provisions shall survive termination of this Agreement: Sections 5 (Entertainment Disclaimer), 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), 14 (Dispute Resolution & Arbitration), 16 (Governing Law), and this Section 15.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Subject to the arbitration provision in Section 14, any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Georgia, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at gravityastrology.com/privacy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Services.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or terms incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Gravity Astrology regarding the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations, and proposals, whether written or oral.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. The failure of Gravity Astrology to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by Gravity Astrology.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. Gravity Astrology may assign this Agreement freely without restriction.

Notices. We may provide notices to you via email at the address associated with your account, through in-app notifications, or by posting on the Platform. Notices to Gravity Astrology must be sent to contact@gravityastrology.com.

Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement does not create any rights for any third party, except as expressly provided herein.

Accessibility. Gravity Astrology is committed to making the Platform accessible to individuals with disabilities. If you experience any accessibility barriers, please contact us at contact@gravityastrology.com and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs.

Compliance with Laws. You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to export control laws and sanctions regulations. You represent that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to U.S. economic sanctions, and that you are not on any U.S. government restricted parties list.

Electronic Signatures. By clicking "I Agree," creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement as if you had signed it in writing. This Agreement and any related documents may be executed electronically, and electronic signatures shall have the same legal force as original signatures.
