Predictions are based on your birth chart — your date, time, and place of birth. Once entered in your profile, your birth details are auto-loaded for every session. Just pick an AI Astrologer and start chatting or calling.

Yes — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond customers can consult any AI Astrologer (Expert, Legend, or Genius) as long as their wallet has enough balance.

Your wallet balance stays the same. The new, higher discount applies automatically to all future sessions.

Your wallet is a prepaid balance used to pay for AI consultations. Recharge via Stripe (credit/debit card). Your wallet is pure cash — $100 top-up gives you exactly $100. Your tier discount is applied at the end of each session.

New customers receive $3 as bonus credit, shown separately from your cash wallet. Bonus credit is used first when you start a consultation, then cash takes over. Bonus credit is non-withdrawable.

Yes — you can withdraw your full cash wallet balance. The $3 signup credit and referral bonuses are non-withdrawable (they can only be used for consultations).

Every second of consultation time is billed. The per-second rate is your tier's per-minute rate divided by 60. For example, at $2.00/min (Genius tier), a 1 min 10 sec session costs: 70 seconds × ($2.00 ÷ 60) ≈ $2.33.

Expert AI Astrologer is $1.00/min, so a 30-minute session is $30 before discount. After tier discount: Silver $27 (10% off), Gold $25.50 (15% off), Platinum $24 (20% off), Diamond $22.50 (25% off). For Legend at $1.50/min, a 30-min session is $45 gross. For Genius at $2.00/min, a 30-min session is $60 gross — same loyalty discounts apply.

Yes — same per-minute rate for both. Expert AI Astrologer: $1.00/min, Legend AI Astrologer: $1.50/min, Genius AI Astrologer: $2.00/min.

Yes — request a wallet-credit refund within 72 hours of the session end. Maximum refund: $15 per session. Limit: 1 refund per 30 days, lifetime cap of 3. Refunds are issued as wallet credit (not back to your card).

Each request is reviewed case-by-case. Valid reasons include invalid wallet deductions, invalid consultation time, technical issues, and other significant quality issues — and a screenshot can be attached to support your request. Refunds are not available for general dissatisfaction with predictions, sessions where the customer was unresponsive, or sessions already refunded.

Share your unique referral code with as many friends as you like. When your referred friend completes their first paid consultation, you earn a $3 non-withdrawable bonus credit. Your friend starts with the same $3 signup credit and 50% off their first consultation.

Voice consultations may be recorded for quality assurance and platform safety — by using voice call you consent to recording. Chat conversations are stored securely and accessible only to you through your account.
