Yes — phone OTP signup with your name, email, and birth details. Birth details power your personalised predictions. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

Two AI Astrologers are available — Expert ($1.00 per question) and Genius ($2.00 per question). Both provide Vedic Astrology from the same high-precision birth chart and the same classical rules, and both suggest 2 fresh follow-up questions after every answer. There are exactly two differences. Thinking depth: Expert reasons through each answer at Medium depth, Genius at High. Session memory: Expert recalls your last session, Genius recalls your last 10. Expected accuracy follows from that thinking depth — 85% on Expert, 95% on Genius. Both are available 24 × 7 on chat and call.

Predictions are based on your birth chart — your date, time, and place of birth. Once entered in your profile, your birth details are auto-loaded for every session. Just pick an AI Astrologer and start chatting or calling.

You are billed per question your AI Astrologer answers. Expert: $1.00 per question. Genius: $2.00 per question. Both provide Vedic Astrology.

Yes — both chat and call are supported, and both are billed per question your AI Astrologer answers. Voice is tuned for natural, conversational responses.

After spending $100, you become a Silver customer and receive 5% off every session. Higher tiers: Gold 10% ($500–$999 spent), Diamond 15% ($1,000+). Discounts are applied automatically at the end of each session.

Yes — Silver, Gold, and Diamond customers can consult any AI Astrologer (Expert or Genius) as long as their wallet has enough balance.

Your wallet balance stays the same and never expires. The new, higher discount applies automatically to all future sessions.

Your wallet is a prepaid credit balance used to pay for AI consultations. Top up on the website via Stripe (credit/debit card) — a $100 top-up gives you exactly $100 of credit, with no hidden bonus or fee. Your credits never expire and there are no inactivity or maintenance charges. Your tier discount is applied at the end of each session.

When you complete signup we credit $5.00 to your bonus balance. It works with either tier and on both chat and call — 5 questions with Expert, or 2 with Genius. It never expires while your account is open, but it can only be spent on consultations: it is not withdrawable and not refundable, and it is forfeited if your account is permanently deleted at the end of the 180-day recovery window. Reactivating within 180 days restores it in full.

No. Wallet credit — whether purchased or received as a welcome or referral bonus — is prepaid credit that can only be used to pay for consultations on the platform. It never expires, is never reduced by inactivity or maintenance fees, and is not withdrawable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. Purchased cash credit may be refundable in the circumstances described in our Terms; bonus credit is not refundable, and it is forfeited if your account is permanently deleted. If you believe you were charged in error, hit a technical problem, or have a genuine dispute about a session, contact support and we will review a refund.

Per question your AI Astrologer answers, and nothing else. If a question is declined on safety grounds, or the answer fails on our side, that question is not charged. At $2.00 per question (Genius tier), a chat where you asked 3 answered questions costs $6.00 before your tier discount.

Per question your AI Astrologer answers. Greetings, small talk, "can you repeat that" and anything the astrologer does not actually answer are not counted as questions. At $2.00 per question (Genius tier), a call with 3 answered questions costs $6.00 before your tier discount.

Expert is $1.00 per question, so 10 answered questions is $10 before discount. After tier discount: Silver $9.50 (5% off), Gold $9.00 (10% off), Diamond $8.50 (15% off). For Genius at $2.00 per question, 10 questions is $20 gross — same loyalty discounts apply.

Yes — request a refund within 72 hours of the session end. Every request is reviewed at our discretion and approved for billing errors, technical failures, and other genuine disputes. Maximum refund: $15 per session. Limit: 1 refund per 30 days, lifetime cap of 3. Approved refunds are issued as wallet credit rather than back to your card. The one exception: if a top-up is still completely unused, you can ask us to refund it to your original payment method within 48 hours of the top-up (once per account).

Each request is reviewed case-by-case. Valid reasons include invalid wallet deductions, invalid consultation time, technical issues, and other significant quality issues — and a screenshot can be attached to support your request. Refunds are not available for general dissatisfaction with predictions, sessions where the customer was unresponsive, or sessions already refunded.

Share your unique referral code with as many friends as you like. When your referred friend completes their first paid consultation, you earn $5 in wallet credit that you can use for consultations. Your friend starts with a $5 welcome credit and loyalty discounts up to 15%.

Voice consultations may be recorded for quality assurance and platform safety — by using voice call you consent to recording. Chat conversations are stored securely and accessible only to you through your account.

No — AI Astrologers are powered entirely by artificial intelligence. They are NOT human. They are built using Modern AI Technology and Ancient Vedic Astrology to analyse your birth chart and produce interpretations. Consultations are for entertainment and informational purposes only.
